A college application fee may not be the most expensive cost on a student’s journey to postsecondary education, but it is a large hurdle that some students can’t clear. Last week, Alabama high schools celebrated Alabama College Application Week. During this week, over 70 colleges and universities in and around Alabama waived their application fees. Educators encouraged their students by hosting some creative events. Here are a few of our favorites:
